Testamentary capacity is the legal ability of a person to make or alter a valid will, requiring that they understand the nature of the decision, the extent of their assets, and the claims of potential beneficiaries.
To make or revoke a directive in a written will , the person must have capacity at the time of making or revoking the directive. This date and time sensitive assessment service will assess the patients capacity in making the specific decision.
