These assessments are undertaken at the point of need, when an EPA has been established and when the relevant person may lack capacity in respect of one of more decisions in the enduring power of attorney.
As part of their capacity assessment, the medical practitioner will assess whether the relevant person lacks functional capacity in respect of one or more decisions in the enduring power of attorney.
Assessment duration: 1 hour + * Conventional In Person consult
